ITEM THREE:

I has been brought to the Boards attention by a member of another organisation and by our own ring secretary Pauline Pulis, that a WPF member has been in possession of and raced a pigeon which did not belong to him.

The member concerned has been questioned regarding the matter and after much discussion, the Board has decided that the member concerned will receive a stern warning. He will not be suspended on this occasion, however this warning will extend to all members. If any member is found in possession of a pigeon belonging to another person and races this bird without proper authorisation and transfer protocol, they will be automatically suspended for the remainder of the season. Race sheets will be randomly checked.

Moved: T. Abraham

Seconded: D. Vatsakis

ITEM FOUR:

PIGEON POX…Regarding all future seasons.

Any member who races pigeons with any visible signs of pigeon pox, or is found to have vaccinated their pigeons during the racing season will be sent home with all their pigeons and will not be permitted to race until the pox issue is resolved or the vaccination incubation period has elapsed. The pox incubation period is six weeks.

Moved: J. Angelino

Seconded: J. Muscat
