Del Rosario] rounded out the top five, with strong performances and consistent trapping.
Metro 2
Pierre Anastasi dominated Metro 2, flying 40 birds at 1011.62 m/min and earning the highest section prize money ($367.50). F & E Dalli (1007.72 m/min, 10 birds) and Cachia Lofts [Reno] (1004.49 m/min, 11 birds) kept the pressure on, with L Paligora and Farrugia & Bogdan [Joe] also placing well. The section was highly competitive, with several flyers sending large teams.
Metro 3

J & T Watkins (1000.15 m/min, 10 birds) and Ken Spillard (980.99 m/min, 8 birds) followed, with John Stanfield and Trevor Webb also featuring. The section saw a mix of established and new flyers, with strong overall results.
West
Vella Family [Renni] dominated West, sending 40 birds at 1007.72 m/min and earning the highest section payout ($382.50). S & M Mifsud (1000.84 m/min, 26 birds) and Raymond Mifsud (978.89 m/min, 22 birds) also performed well. D. Hunter and Paul & Rys Camilleri rounded out the top five, with West section flyers sending some of the largest teams in the federation.
South West
M. Gusman & Son [Mark] set the pace for South West, flying 15 birds at 1039.36 m/min and earning the top federation and section prize money ($480). David Mallia (1017.60 m/min, 35 birds), M & M Saggers [Michael] (1010.04 m/min, 7 birds), and S, A & J Dalli (1009.29 m/min, 15 birds) all placed in the federation top 10, highlighting South Westβs dominance this week.
