WPF Board Meeting 14^th of September 2015

President Ray Russell opened the meeting at 7.40 pm.

Previous board minutes were read and received.

Correspondence received:

1)     Steve Cutajar ideas to improve racing and reduce costs.

Finance Report:

Finance and Treasury report was read.  All in order. Moved Cachia  Seconded J Pulis.

Response to Letters:

1) Noted. Thanks for your ideas. Keep them coming in. It is great feedback for organizers. Although there are many considerations when organizing a pigeon race and not all requests can be implemented.

General Business

Presentation of the WPF Breeders plate. A cardboard cheque was discussed. Chris Cachia to explore costs.

J Farrugia moved to organise an old bird sale on the 8^th of January. WPF commission 25% of sale price. Seconded M Portelli

Reminders

WPF Squeaker Sale & Old bird auction will be held on the 8th of January 2016. For members who are unable to attend they can donate pigeons and or nominate ring numbers to Ray Russell.

Bring in all those pigeons you would like to sell. 25% of the sale will be charged.
