In todays 2023 WPF Breeders Plate from Mt HOPE.
387 birds from 74 lofts across Melbourne were liberated at 7.30am.
At the race point it was clear blue skys as far as the eye could see with little to no wind. The birds formed one tight group and were out of sight within minutes for their journey home.
