On behalf of the Western Pigeon Federation of Victoria incorporated.
The board of management would like to offer their sincere condolences to the Van Buren family on the passing of Harry earlier this month.
Harry joined the Western Pigeon Federation through the Keilor Club racking up a total of 25 years of membership approximately.
He loved his pigeons racing dearly over those years and he was always keen to catch up and discuss the various training methods that he adopted. He was always one to share.
The highlight of his career was winning the Launceston Federation race in the late 90’s and the flier to beat every week.
He was always a quiet loving and humble gentleman devoted to his wife’s family and above all his racing pigeons. He retired in the town of Bahrain NSW. You will be surely missed Harry.
A funeral mass will be offered at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church Barham on Monday April 24th at 2:00 PM. Followed by a burial at the Barham Lawn cemetery. to view the mess by live stream, go to https//.wwwadamsfunerals.com.au
