Letter from the Yarraville club re: 7 pm clock production for the 25th August Hillston race.

ITEM ONE:

Letter from Yarraville noted.

ITEM TWO:

Outside clubs bringing sealed units or baskets to the Fed rooms are asked to please make sure that seal numbers are correct.

Please also make sure that bird numbers in each tier are correct, being 30 birds per tier up until the end of the 400 mile races.
