Minutes from the October Board meeting were read and received.

Correspondence:

Letter One:

Letter from Deer Park Club re: Suggestions to the Board. 1: To introduce a 2nd Tasmania race for the 2014 season, also on the Fed average. 2: Concerning the National race: We see little value for the WPF flyer and would like to see it taken off the average and be optional for the flyer.

Letter Two:

Letter from the PMV1 trial (Vet) re: Trial was eventually funded elsewhere and money raised from each Federation toward the trial has been refunded. Each member who has paid money toward the trial will be refunded.

ITEM ONE: Prize money for 2014 will be paid on the following basis:

Sections 1, 2 and 3 will pay the first four places. The West section will pay the first two places.

Fed races: The first 10 positions will be paid, subject to the number of members flying that season.
