President Mr. F. Lia opened the meeting at 7.40 pm.

Previous Minutes:

Minutes from the December Board Meeting were read and received.

Business Arising from previous Minutes:

The second Tasmania race proposed by the Deer Park Club: The Board will look into costing/logistics of putting this into the 2014 schedule.

General Business:

The Board has decided to send a letter to the VRPU to ask that they set a Western Boundary which does not encroach on WPF boundaries.
