RESULTS, FINLEY – 13th July, 2024

In todays race from Finley.

Participants: 77 WPF flyers with 2737 birds, 14 GCHC flyers with 185 birds & 55 VRPU flyers with 1687 birds a total of 147 flyers and 4641 birds were released at 11.15am.

WPF, GCHC and VRPU birds were liberated into clear blue skies with ground level winds of between 12-15km SW and stronger S-SW winds at higher altitudes.

The birds got up into 2 groups one group left within 4 minutes with the second group in hot pursuit a minute later for their journey home.

10.15am: Liberation delayed due to slow clearing fog.
