President Mr. F. Lia opened the meeting at 7.50 pm.
Previous Minutes:
Minutes from the July Board meeting were read and received.

Treasurers Report:
Read and received.

Business Arising from Previous minutes:
Amendment to transport costs for this year: Due to GMPF member numbers being higher than anticipated transport costs will be $260 not $280 as anticipated

General Business:
ITEM ONE:
The board has discussed and decided upon the prize monies and dates regarding the Breeders Plate for 2014.
ITEM TWO:
Members are asked to refrain from bringing their own food and drinks into the Federation rooms on basketing night and clock production day, in order to support our canteen.
ITEM THREE:
All board members are expected to be available to help either load or unload the units.
Outside clubs are also expected to get their units into the loading area with drinkers on.
