Letter from Council re: Lease of WPF Rooms.

General Business:

Letter One: Noted

Item One: Electronic pads must be underneath the common roof line and built in to the face wall of the loft.

Re: Breeders Plate. Rules and regulations are to be posted on the website. Participants are to be reminded that their clock bird must be presented on the night of clocking.
