Meeting opened by President Mr. F. Lia at 7.45 pm.

Minutes from the 2012 AGM were read and received.

DECEMBER B.O.M. MINUTES:

Minutes from the December Board of management meeting were read and received.

TREASURERS REPORT:

Treasurer Tony Abraham presented the cash flow statement for the year ended 31st December, 2012.

The Treasurers report was read and received.

ELECTION OF OFFICE BEARERS:

GENERAL BUSINESS:

SECTIONS: Board of Management will re-instate the West Section, which will include, Werribee, Rockbank, Sunbury, Melton and Bacchus Marsh. The remaining fliers will be in sections from shortest to longest, with no more than 20 flyers per section.

RE-JOINING FEE: After discussion it was decided to introduce a re-joining fee of $100 for any member who leaves the WPF to fly with another Federation/Union/Association/Organisation upon their return.
