In accordance with Rule 17.6 of the Constitution of the Western Pigeon Federation of Victoria Inc., the Board of Management is calling for expressions of interest for the following volunteer Officer positions from the members.

1. Liberation committee x 2.
2. Clock Marshalls [one (1) each for Manual, Vision, Benzing].
3. Property Officer.
4. Ring Secretary.
5. Velocity Officer.
6. Chronometer Officer.
7. Room Steward x 2.

[Note: The Public Officer Role will be filled by the Secretary].

In addition, the Board of Management is seeking interest from volunteers for the following roles.

1. Unit cleaning.
2. Basketing Centre cleaning.
3. Canteen attendant.
4. Gardening & Maintenance.
5. Data entry – production day results entering for Manual & Vision clock results.
6. Video / Media
7. Fundraisers – Breeders Plate, Transport sale fund raisers moving forward into 2026/2027.
8. Annual Presentation night.
9. Transport Committee.
