Open to all flying members within the VRPU, WPF, VHA, GMPF, VPO, Geelong & Melton.
Anyone can enter or buy birds BUT it must be flown by a flyer within one of the above organisations.
The loft that the bird is flown from must be nominated on the day of the sales or within 14 days of the sale.
Auction start at $40.00 per Bird.
Birds purchased at any sale are expected to be raced not STOCKED. There will be three auctions on the following dates:
SUNDAY PENNING STARTS 11:30AM.SALE 1:30PM. FRIDAY PENNING STARTS AT 5:30PM.SALE STARTS AT 7:30/8:00PM
The birds must be covered under the wing and not have dropped a flight feather, all disputes will be decided by the committee.
The sales will be at the VRPU ROOMS 28 FREEMAN STREET CAMPBELLFIELD WITH FREE BBQ
If your bird is not sold at the sale you must nominate a person to return it to you.
Basketing for the Race will be at the VRPU rooms on FRIDAY NIGHT 17/09/2026
And the race will be on Sunday 20/09/2026, The birds will be liberated by themselves. The race will be conducted under the VRPU rules .
