Due to the race schedule change this weekend 8 July 2023 the Special General meeting has been moved to next Saturday 15 July 2023.

Production is at 5pm, do not be late, no Benzing live will be used on the day.  BBQ will be provided for all members.

As per the email notice sent on 19 June 2023 and hard copies distributed at the WPF rooms.

All members are require to produce at the WPF rooms by 5pm.  No Benzing live will be used on the day. BBQ will be available for all members.

In accordance with the Association Incorporation Act 1981 of Victoria you are hereby officially notified that a Special General Meeting of the Western Pigeon Federation of Victoria Inc. A0008336A is to be held.

The Board of Management recommends that the Western Pigeon Federation of Victoria adopts the Constitutional changes as recommended by Mr. Charles Hider [WPF Honorary Solicitor].

Note: It is recommended that any clubs affiliated with the WPF, that have adopted the WPF’s constitutional rules use this meeting as their club meeting for the purposes of adopting the changes.

The Board of Managements is calling a General Meeting in accordance with Rule 12, Clauses (1) & (2) [WPF Constitution] to resolve the following items prior to the AGM to give all members the opportunity to make an informed decision regarding their choices for racing in the 2023 season.
