C&J MORRIS 10 Birder from Sea Lake.
Birds were liberated at 10.45am
Weather Report.
Due to heavy fog the birds were moved to Sea Lake.
Conditions at the race point were cloud cover with 10km Southerly winds at ground level tending SE of similar strength along the way home and then becoming SW closer to Melbourne
Liberation Report.
In today’s C&J Morris 10 birder from Sea Lake, approx. 600 birds were released at 10.45m.
The birds stayed together and cleared within 5-6 for the trip home.
Production of clocks will be at 7.00pm tonight. Benzing Live users must evaluate within 1 hour of clocking from the second race.

Due to heavy fog the birds were moved to Sea Lake.
Conditions at the race point were cloud cover with 10km Southerly winds at ground level tending SE of similar strength along the way home and then becoming SW closer to Melbourne
Liberation Report.
In today’s race from Sea Lake, approx. 2000 WPF birds competing from 75 lofts, along with around 430 Geelong birds, for a total of 2430 birds were released at 10.15am.
The birds broke into two group with both groups clearing within 6-7 minutes for the trip home.
Production of clocks will be at 7.00pm tonight. Benzing Live users must evaluate within 1 hour of clocking from the second race.

Member basketing Notice for Mittyack 3 & C&J Morris 10 birder – Saturday 6 August 2022.
All members basketing at the WPF rooms are asked to arrive for basketing no later than 7.00pm.
All outside clubs are asked to ensure they arrive at the WPF rooms no later than 8.30-9.00pm to allow time for their 10 birders to be run into the units allocated.
This will ensure that the birds can be entered into both races in a timely manner and allow the truck to be loaded safely so it can leave as early as possible to provide a safe journey for the truck driver, convoyer and the birds.

Due to the increasing presence of rain forecasted to be in front of the birds for the trip home on Saturday 6 August 2022 the race has been moved to Sunday 7 August 2022 with basketing to commence on Saturday night 6 August from 5.00pm.
Sunday is expected to have scattered showers which are more centred around Melbourne providing a clearer path for the birds for their trip home.
Reminder: We are basketing for two races.
