In today’s race from St. Arnaud, Sunday 21st June 2026, app. 80 WPF flyers sending 2800 birds and 12 Geelong flyers sending 177 birds, giving a total of app. 92 flyers and 2977 birds were released at 10.30 am. Upon release, the birds broke into four groups with the majority of the birds leaving on the 15 min mark, with app. 500 birds still at the race point after 20 mins. Conditions at the race point were overcast with a very light South to South-East wind. On the way home, the birds are expected to encounter South to South-Easterly winds of app. 10 km/hr with conditions clearing as they approach Melbourne.  All the best to all.
