GENERAL BUSINESS:
M. Bennett recommends that the Board consider a short distance Average (incl. 300 mile races and Tasmania) and a long distance Average for the remaining races. Also an overall Aggregate winner.

Sections to remain the same as 2013…..
With a West section and the remaining members distances listed from shortest to longest and divided into sections containing no more than 20 members.
